Meet the team
Difference is inevitable. Inclusivity isn’t.
We’re passionate about supporting neurodivergent professionals to be who they are and advocate for change.
It’s likely that you have colleagues or employees with ADHD, or another neurodevelopment condition (like autism or dyslexia).
You just don’t know it.
Over 5% of people have ADHD.
It’s important they find the right mechanisms to help them thrive.
And that their environments support this too.
We’re here to help.

COUNSELLOR, EXECUTIVE COACH, WORKPLACE COACH
Living with ADHD has taught me resilience and resourcefulness. I've faced the struggles of maintaining focus, managing time, and dealing with impulsivity. But I've also discovered my own strengths, such as my ability to think creatively, hyperfocus on tasks that captivate my interest, and see the bigger picture in complex situations.
Having lived experience with ADHD has also infused a passion for supporting others on their own journeys. I know first-hand the power of connection and understanding, and I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to share their experiences and seek guidance.
I’m a registered Counsellor and Coach and over half my clients have ADHD. I guide our conversations using evidence based therapies such as Solution Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and CBT. I put time into building a strong therapeutic relationship and my hope for our work together is to inspire and empower my clients to successfully navigate their own challenges with ADHD and use their strengths to support better productivity and success. I’m committed to raising awareness about ADHD, advocating for understanding, and providing support to individuals who are on a similar path.

EXECUTIVE, BUSINESS & ADHD COACH
As an ICF executive and ADHD coach, I’m also proudly ADHD and the parent of an ADHD teen. A late diagnosis at 49 was life changing, representing a missing link after years of “underachieving”.
My clients also tend to have a later in life diagnosis. They seldom present as noticeably ADHD. They’re often outwardly successful individuals whose lifelong coping mechanisms have become increasingly inadequate as professional and personal responsibilities escalate, and the demands of stress intensify their symptoms. Avoiding and managing burnout and learning new skills to better respond, communicate, and accomplish professionally is a common focus of our work together.
Coaching for almost 10 years, my toolkit includes CliftonStrengths™, the Emotional Culture Deck™, and memberships with ADDA, ACO, and the International Coaching Federation. I’m also on the team at Beehyve, New Zealand’s first dedicated ADHD specialist support service.
My work is based on the latest neuroscience and I integrate elements of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and CBT into my coaching practice.
What People Are Saying
“Put me at any party, networking event or fundraiser, and I will naturally gravitate towards the individuals in the room with ADHD. This isn’t intentional. It just happens.. I instinctively know my tribe”
